Damage was found and suggested I file a claim. Insurance was quick to respond, checks in the bank in a couple of days. The only redeeming factor for this roofing company is their install crew. They were hard working, organized and diligent on cleanup. Near Me Roofing Co. however was disorganized, lacked the ability to communicate and deceptive. They attempted to give me a lower grade shingle than priced by insurance. I'm sure the shingle would have been fine but not what I was paying for. I was told shingles would be hand nailed but were installed with air guns. Again, not a big problem just deceptive. Supplies arrived 3 days after scheduled day & only after I contacted the company. Install day and no installers. Around 1 pm someone did call and I learned they were finishing up another job. I was asked if they could squeeze me in? Guess they had rescheduled my job for the next day. Because no one measured the roof they ran short on shingles. It's disappointing to watch it rain on your unfinished roof. A few days later additional supplies arrived unannounced at 6 am blocking access to my car. We are on day 6 and still waiting for them to pick up the pallet of leftovers. I'm in my mid 70's and really grateful the grocery store is only a mile away. It's been the most chaotic roofing job I've ever been through. Basically they made the sale and communication stopped. While the installers did a really good job I would NEVER recommend this company.

David is thorough and pays attention to detail. He made sure everything was perfect. Honestly, he was pickier than me and he was right every time. He did not take any short cuts or rush things like drying tile; nothing was overlooked. And, he stayed within the budget. Ashley is great. She jumped in to locate comparable shower tiles after learning the tile I selected would not be delivered when anticipated. Daniel was on site every day. He arrived on time every morning. The first thing he did every day was lay a cover my floors so they didn't track anything into the home. I appreciate the time and attention they put into making sure they put things away at the start and end of the day. The finished bathroom looks amazing. I am so happy with it. They do a great job...for a reasonable price. I texted them a couple of pics of what I needed gone. We agreed on a price, and they came and got it. Great guys, and they did a fantastic job. And I've been trying to get the city of Texarkana, AR to do it for two years. But here's the steps dealing with the city: 1. You have to haul all your crap to the curb and call them. 2. Then some guy comes by in an air conditioned pickup to look at it. He is too lazy to get out of his truck. 3. Then he lets you know what it will cost. 4. Then you haul it all back to your yard. 5. Then you go down and pay the city. 6. Then they schedule a day for you take it back to the curb for them to pick it up. 7. Total hassle...and you have to move it three times. I messaged Moya's on Saturday, and they came to pick it all up today (Monday). I didn't have to move a thing...they got it all & cleaned it all up.

One of my rental sewer line got backed up. I called Reeda's plumbing for help after I couldn't get…read moreit unclogged with my own snake auger. Reeda sent out a tech and he used my machine and couldn't get it either. He had a same size machine in the truck that he also brought out. After a few try he told my tenant it was most likely tree roots clogging the pipes and since it's Friday he's leaving and won't be back until Monday. I called Reeda the next morning(Saturday) pleading for her to send someone out to fix the issue but she informed me they don't work weekends especially since they have a party this weekend. I then had to call another plumber out to fix the issue. They just had to use their commercial size auger to get it unclogged easily. I even paid extra so he can run his camera to see the issue and it ended up being toilet paper and not tree roots like Reeda plumbing said. Reeda called Monday expecting I still need their service... they think I would keep my tenant from being able to use the bathroom for a whole weekend... When I told her another plumber got it fixed already, she then demanded a payment??? They did not have the proper tools for the job. I would not recommend at all!
