The experience consisted of digging up two buckets of dirt from the pile that was recently hauled from their Smokey Mountain mine, and using the provided equipment to sift through little by little. The DIY dig touts "non-salted" buckets, which was important to me, giving us as close to a real boots on the ground mining experience that a family of all ages can expect. The pictured peach moonstone was my favorite find of the day, and I also took home some really unique and reasonably priced pieces from the gift shop. I've done a few "dig & sifts" across the states and I was especially impressed with the staff helping to identify the material found and packaging up and labeling for later. The extra few minutes spent was so appreciated. Special shout out to Miss. Nancy for making my family's visit extra special!

Lastly, one more opportunity to upgrade at check out. Free bag or upgrade to a cardboard box garage, or a car backpack! We got 2 vehicle bases, non RC, upgraded rims on both, monster truck wheels on both, a spoiler on one, a front grill on one, and 2 cardboard garages all for $140. The 2 employees working were very helpful, polite, and informative. Great with my two boys ages 3 and 7. Would recommend if you have a car loving kid!

Keegan was very knowledgeable about all of the crystals we found and made us all feel like rockstars! (Pun intended). The store had a very diverse selection of crystals and gems, jewelry, and other souvenirs--and all at surprisingly good prices! Would definitely recommend coming to pan or even just to shop. Beware before booking All Out Gaming Atlanta…read more I chose All Out Gaming despite their significantly higher price because I was specifically told they had a Nintendo Switch 2 available. That was a major deciding factor in booking with them. On the day of the event, a different gaming company showed up instead. They arrived late, with an inferior gaming truck, and no Switch at all--which was not what was promised or contracted. It was clear the event had been outsourced to a cheaper third-party provider. Due to constant game updates and extremely long loading times, the kids were only able to use the gaming truck for about 30 minutes total. They quickly lost interest and ended up playing on our own PS5 and Switch inside the house, which worked far better than the truck. The experience we paid for was essentially unusable. After the event, All Out Gaming acknowledged that the service delivered did not match what was promised and offered a refund. Despite multiple follow-ups on my end, no refund has ever been issued. This experience was incredibly disappointing and did not come close to what was advertised or paid for. I would strongly caution others to confirm exactly who will be showing up, what equipment will actually be provided, and to get everything in writing before booking

Most kids are young (toddlers and older toddlers) so it's a safe fun environment for the little ones. You can see you child from the concession seating area if you are comfortable not following them around. You can buy gripper socks if you didn't bring your own. The concession stand is similar to a Movie theatre. We always grab an Icee On the way out for the ride home. We drive from Spartanburg here- it's that fun.

The smaller playground was too babyish for my three year old so we decided to brave the older playground so he could play with big brother. He handled the slides like a pro, but I had to spot him on all of the climbing apparatuses. I was thankful to have their grandma my husband and on the playground with me because my toddlers were running around like feral animals and I had a difficult time keeping up with them constantly testing their limits on the playground equipment! There is plenty of parking along the playground as well as benches for the parents. This is a great spot for kids to burn off some energy before or after dinner!
