I've been coming to the factory for a while now, and have loved it every single time. My only complaint is that the bathrooms are FILTHY. When I pulled my pants down, it got the bottom of my pants wet! Please hire someone to clean the bathrooms daily! I would still say this is a really fun place though. read more

My dad and I came to Clayton, Ga to stay at our cabin and I looked up cool places and this was the first to pop up and so we spent Father's day weekend here and had a blast. This is a fairly large indoor play place which is about the most fun thing to do with kids around that area when it's yucky out I have come to realize. I am not from that area but my child lives around there currently and so I spend time in the area with him often and we usually find ourselves here at least every other visit. These places can be hard on the pocket though, but if my kid is having fun, it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make. This place is kinda cool for me too even because it still spits out regular tickets that you have to keep hold of and then feed the "ticket eater" to see how many you have. So nostalgic for me because there aren't many places left like this, as they have all switched over to the Card system. The bad thing about the tickets though is that you do occasionally get ripped off at a machine. But the staff has always been helpful in trying to find a solution when a game fails. They do seem to actually care and want you to be having a good time. That's rare these days. The trampoline park area was fun also, as my son finally jumped last go around. And they have laser tag and bumper cars, too! Pretty cool place all in all. read more

Three stars. Haven't tried all the attractions, but the arcade here is quite decent. It's a mix of older (1990s) and newer (2000 to now) machines. No pinball though; they don't earn money well in family entertainment centers. Games I played: Motor Raid - the kick button didn't really work great. Rare find of a game though. Crazy Taxi - works great. Gear shifter is flawless. Alpine Racer - the dang game reset itself after I selected my course. Star Wars Racer Arcade - Great condition! Graphics and controls were smooth. Star Trek Voyager - I love the phaser type guns this cabinet has. Unfortunately, player 1 wouldn't shoot at all. Games are fairly priced, as opposed to Pigeon Forge where most games cost $1 and up (even older games from 1996 :p). I plan on editing this review when I come back to try the pizza buffet and other attractions. The selection of games alone did make this worth going to. I just hope they touch up some of the older machines. I'd say the Fun Factory is worth stopping at for some family fun. :) read more

Great place for kids. Was able to find a groupon, and we had a ball. We had unlimited game play, but that was only for arcade games that didn't give out tickets. Which meant we were limited to older arcade games, and of course my 5yr old heated to play skeeball and other games. So next time we won't choose that option. The Jump Factory is smaller than your normal trampoline park but still a great addition. Though prices are a little higher. Either way, we pretty much had to carry our daughter out kicking and screaming because she wanted to stay there FOREVER. We'll be back. read more

We spent abt 2 weeks in Franklin, naturally, the kids got bored due to weak wifi in the mountains, luckily for us, we discovered The Factory. We took our kids there twice in-between adventures. Both times they enjoyed themselves, staff was friendly and/or professional. They walked away with plenty of parting "ticket acquired" cheap gifts. We didn't try the food but none the less it was a godsend for bored children missing their Xbox, PS4 and laptops. read more

We took a group of foster kids to the Factory in Franklin and they were SO good to us!!! They couldn't have been more welcoming, and went above and beyond to give us a good experience. It was so fun and they have so many things to do. And the coffee shop is such a cozy place; one of our girls loves to go just to sit and read in the cafe while the other kids play. Very thankful to the Factory for a great day! read more

Large place and kind of confusing. We paid for golf, which was only $2.50, but the inside mini golf course had only nine holes with no theme, just green carpeting. The arcade was huge, although we didn't play arcade games. We did pay for an hour of jumping (30 minutes was $10 - not sure how much the hours was). The staff didn't enforce the safety rules, like not jumping before the person in front of you exits the area with the spongy stuff, or only one person per jumping panel. Of course, you must have their special socks. It was loud and crowded, with buses full of kids from neighboring day camps. I didn't think it was worth the drive down from Highlands. PS look for Groupons or other discounts. read more

Save your time, unless the weather does not permit any other activity and you're open to over-paying for experiences. The cost for one person to ride a mediocre go-cart track was $5.95 per person. The indoor miniature golf course was $2.50 for the nine shortest holes I've ever seen. They did have a decent selection of electronic games but they were pricy as well. I will say, I did not venture to the bowling alley nor did I take the time to sample their "steak house". I will not be returning. read more

You guys are such a scam!!! We literally had to beat your vending machine to get a bag of oreos!! My friend did the ticket lever game thing and it said she won 150 tickets but she didn't receive them. We had to complain to the workers and he rolled his eyes at us and didn't even give us back the correct amount of tickets. We also got 670 tickets and the depressed guy at the counter said it was 570. unacceptable!! Part of our group went to the jump trampoline zone and got punched in the neck by a group of boys!!! I spent $9.50 cents on a little miniature keyboard and it doesn't even play! It repeats the same song over and over and i can't turn it off! I also scanned my card TWICE on the little car game and it didn't let me play but took my money! this is so bad do NOT bring your children here! They also don't know what air conditioners are! i'm am extremely upset this was a very disappointing experience. Will not be returning. read more

Great nice than the one near us we had a lot of fun great for kids Good trampoline park.

This was a really fun way to spend a rainy day. We brought two 5 year old boys and had a really fun 4 or so hours. We played video games, did skee ball, player mini golf and did bumper cars. They have pizza and salad too if you get hungry. There is also laser tag and a carousel. Some of the machines didn't work, so watch out for those or you'll lose money. 0 stars! we had the worst experience at the trampoline park in the factory. The employees were incredibly rude! they do not tell you the rules before letting you jump and then screamed at my children when they did something against the rules even though none of us were aware of the rules. They continuously called me down for stepping on to the trampoline for help my disabled daughter get up because she has a little bit of trouble on her own and when I tried to explain that She was disabled the employee said " I don't care that's not my problem, I'm here to I force rules" and then walked away while I was trying to talk to him. my disabled child and her brother were the only kids that were called down even when not breaking any rules but other kids were breaking tons of rules and they never said anything to them. The only other kids they would get onto was two little Native American boys who also were not doing anything wrong. Very discriminating people! read more

fun but they call it "The Factory" because it's made in an old factory with a metal ceiling. that means that every sound echos inside and that doesn't help much if you're there for a while. They have a nice restaurant in there (just ask to sit in the back where it's quite) and you can let you kids go play in the factory while you enjoy a nice dinner. They also offer a bowling ally, a go-cart outdoor track, miniature gulf, laser tag, tons of arcade games for all ages and a large section for the little kids to play as well. This is Chuck-E-Cheese on steroids. Defiantly fun to check out if you have kids. read more
