It's great for banging around town and running errands. Their stuff is solid beyond words albeit a little pricy, but the value is there. Duluth is primarily a catalog company that of course has an online presence and that's how I make my purchases. So, what about the store? I suspect a visitor unfamiliar with the product would give it four or even five stars. It's clean and beautifully merchandized. The customer service is just fine. There is easy access to the online catalog if you need it. For me, as I'm so comfortable with the product over so many years, the store doesn't add much.
