I also asked if they had a pair of pants in the same size and waistband but a wider leg. Again, they had no clue what they carried and what they didn't. These were basic black pants that they always carry, not a weird line or style. I gathered up the things I had planned on buying, and their cash register system was down. No apologies. I asked if they had any coupons. They didn't know. The entire experience was frustrating because it was quite obvious they did not want to be there. Come to find out the girl working still couldn't spell it correct, and there is no way after they place the order to change it. Also, girl placing the order said don't tap the card, insert it or you get double charged. So I inserted my card and entered my pin. The next day there are 3 charges coming out of my account. I called the store back explained what happened and she told me that it's a known issue for the double charge and I shouldn't have inserted the card. I said you told me to! She then proceeds to tell me she can't fix the extra charge and I have to contact Levi customer service. 10 days later I still do not have the refund. I have spent 4 different times talking to these people and spent over 3 hours chatting with them and still no refund! I finally called my bank and initiated a charge back and had to have my debit card cancelled in order to get anything back. Your customer service absolutely sucks in the store and the main call center.
