The two years of tax returns they were requesting your assistance with were personal; personal returns that were delayed for legitimate reasons. They were looking for an accountant to help them file these two simple returns, to assist in setting up a new business entity, and to perform their business bookkeeping and taxes on a regular basis. Given that you ended the exceptionally brief conversation by stating "not interested" and hanging up on a potential client without fully understanding their needs and assuming that anyone is beneath your level of skill is why you earned a negative review, which you clearly deserve. Politeness goes a long way with people [in this country as well as other parts of the world]. No one is obligated to be "interested", but behaving rudely is simply childish and unacceptably unprofessional.
