Please do not trust all these good reviews because they are not real. My direct contact was Stacy Rinkenberger which at the very beginning of the process was nice and responsive. After a little while, she started revealing the real colors, responding me late, sometimes not even giving me the correct answers. ( She told me Form 9089 was going to be filed after 90 days of the end of the Ad period while it is actually 30) and other inportant informations were given wrong. I relied everything on Dunn Law since I am alone in the US, without a family and they have been pessimistic since the very beginning with me by saying that I was not gonna make it, "because my job title is not engineer or any other high level specific position" my case would have very unlikely be accepted from the DOL. This firm will discourage you from the beginning. Please believe me, they not only discouraged me but also my employer. Please keep in mind that, as the other guy who left the review here - me too, I have 2 Master's degree and I speak 4 languages. Please be also aware that every time I tried to telephonically contact her she was NEVER available. Had the chance to speak with other members of the firm and their answer was " i am not personally the person who follows your case so you have to call back". Lady that answers the phone repeatedly said " she is not available at the moment, you can send her an email". Multiple times I tried to email her in the purpose to schedule a call with her with my questions but she has never answered me giving me any open slots. Communication was very bad, to not mention IMPOSSIBLE. Also please be aware that my employer was based in California and Stacy never mentioned to him that displaying wage in the Ads was required by law. They made employer posting all the Ads without displaying wage. I was new to the process and so was my employer and from the very beginning Dunn law has been vague and as I read also in another review - I do agree with the fact that they base their job uniquely on templates, not case specific. It is true! My employer spent almost 4 months in placing ads in various locations - and at the very end of the process, she did not accept a very well known website for job recruiting making employer repost the job again. (for other 30 days). Please do yourself a favor! Do not use this firm if you are looking for a competent, understanding and transparent lawyer. Please do not use this firm if you are alone in the US and need a firm to follow you step by step in order for your case to be successful. Please do not use this firm if you need detailed information and you are new to an immigration process! I am warning you: your experience will be as awful as mine! Save your money and time.
