The original quote was $900, but they later added costs for "required" harnesses. Within two months, the rear-view camera they installed stopped working during the daytime. Shortly after, the steering wheel controls began cutting in and out before failing completely. After less than three years, the entire stereo shorted out. A certified installer who replaced it said it was "one of the worst installs" he'd seen and confirmed that the poor wiring likely caused the failure. For the price charged, the workmanship and reliability were unacceptable. If you care about quality or longevity, take your business elsewhere. The premium pricing at Ricky Smith Audio doesn't match the quality of their work.
