I called spectrum and they scheduled a appointment 2 weeks away, I told them this is a business phone, not a residential, I can't do anything without my phone. They expedited the service call and I have a appointment a week from now. I pull in my driveway and see spectrum in my yard on the pole where my line comes from but not helping me and has no intention of getting my service restored till next week. Made me sick, run from spectrum and don't do any business with them.
