I went to Eurobahn and was told everyone was busy and I'd have to make an appt for another day. It's a 30 second fix. I had just spoken with someone in sales over the previous weekend and was told that I should just bring it in and it would be a quick reset. The woman managing the flow said there was nothing she could do for me. Everyone was occupied. I couldn't even wait for a technician to be freed up. I felt disrespected by her attitude and response. I went immediately to the BMW dealer on Wendover who addressed it quickly, he also was able to determine exactly what issues were currently due. My car is now having a $300 routine maintenance issue taken care of them. I will not be going back to Eurobahn. I'd rather give my money to a provider who listened and was responsive. Eurobahn couldn't be counted on for a simple ( non repair) fix, so I don't trust them with more complicated maintenance. Nancy

Mike, Sherri, and all the members of the team do beautiful work. So, recently when my car was hit so hard the truck that hit me broke its front axel, I knew exactly where to go. My insurance company wanted me to use one of their preferred providers as they said the work would then be guaranteed. Well, Mike guarantees his work 100% and his word is better than some vendor I don't know. You literally can't tell that 70% of the passenger side of my car has been replaced! Every detail is perfect including the match on color. In addition, due to a family situation, I was in a time bind. Denny does good work and at a staggering low price. For the work I had done, which was to repair some damage from a piece of tire that was left in the road by a truck, cost me about a tenth of what I would have paid at one of those insurance affiliated places. Where he saved money was in the parts. He got the parts direct from Mazda but, he did not over inflate the cost as many other shops do - Denny was totally transparent about the cost as well. I got the parts for what he paid for them. This job would have cost ten times what it did had I gone to one of those slick, trendy looking places (cough) Gerber Collision (cough, cough). Denny is a good a guy and he will work with you. He has a nice little shop including a paint booth and a small lobby area for waiting while your car is being worked on if it is something minor. 12/2/2016 - I had another minor repair to my wheel well where a small piece of road debris cracked up the inner fender well. Denny once again took care of business and had me out the door at a tenth of the cost the dealership wanted. Denny has been in this location for many years. The place was under a different name up until last year. Don't let this low-key place fool you. Denny knows what he is doing and can do it cheaper than any of the "big box" body shops in the area.

I am usually a sceptic of reviews but I am glad I took the chance of doing business with Freeman Mill.

terrible terrible place. ran by a bunch of old men who apparently can't see. very substandard work…read more took my moms car up there and paid 2000 cash for work. got the car back and it still had dents a crease and a large gash in the paint. fish eyes and trash all in the paint as well. did not clean the car. over spray on windows. they do not care about customer service. lots of corners cut. all they will do is take your money and lie to you. couldnt remember simple things like cleaning up the wheel that had markings from the accident. lied and said they washed the car but the windows were dirty and floor boards full of dirty boot prints. even gave them a second chance and took the car back to see if they would correct there mistakes. had the car another week and when we finally got it back it was still sub standard work. car not cleaned. DO NOT GO TO THIS BODY SHOP.
