They helped to get my paperwork for the visit straight. Next Nicole escorted me to my assigned space and worked with me to get the questions on the portal answered. She was energetic, formerly from Compton, MD and most gracious in her work. Tara, who took pictures of my bad shoulder asked me with humor " have you been oystermen tonging for boulders." This shoulder is not in a happy place, but Dr Johnson will cut to the chase She took me back to my assigned space where Dr Johnson met me. He had a trick up his sleeve. He prepped where the shot was going and Said: "Now wiggle the toes on your left foot". Becoming engaged, I made certain they were moving. AND before I knew it the shot was done " because he knew exactly where is should be put! Not to be lengthy but Mike Travis did my hands, Daniel Bauk did my hip, and Colleen worpked on my knee. There is no way to contact a person at this office re: medical records - the recorded message directs you to submit an electronic request. Here's a work-around: when you get the office recording, make a selection as if you want to make an appointment. You better believe you'll get a human! Use your most nonfrustrated voice (very difficult to find that voice after listening to various recordings for two hours) to request that xrays be available for you to pick up at the office and you'll get service.

Pretty straight forward and good auto reminders. Downer was the dang billing! Advanced Ortho tells you to sign for a knee brace that they charge first Tricare $949 for a Osset universal rebound knee brace that one can get on the online at Alimed.com for $152. I ended up getting stuck for $113 of it. Of course I was suspicious before the procedure and asked what my out of pocket would be and was assured there'd be none - caveat emptor - if you're about 5'10" reach out u can have mine! THEN they have u go back another time to get more items u eventually end up getting charged for because I was told insurance/ Tricare wouldn't authorize on 1 form/ visit. In my case? A $132 post op ice pack that billing listed as a (yet another) post op knee brace on a follow-on Statement. Another $15.84. Just waiting for the next kick in the jimmy!! Like I said GREAT care for which I'm very grateful just want folks to be aware of the add-ons u will get hit with. Thank God my insurance is decent - I can only imagine how bad others are getting taken for accessories!

He encouraged me to write down all my questions and bring them to my visit after his initial evaluation that I was a good candidate for a total knee replacement. I did so and he took so much time answering all my concerns but did not pressure me to make my decision on whether to have the surgery. I did decide to go forward after speaking to a couple of his former patients and so glad I did. He did an awesome job and my healing process has been much quicker than my first total knee replacement surgery. Very happy with him and his staff. Their surgical center is very professional and immaculate. I never felt I was just one more patient.....I felt I was the only patient! Cannot recommend him more highly.

I wanted to thank each of you for your amazing care both medically, physically and emotionally as your team and you guided me through my recovery period at the hospital during my stay. From the excellent medical care and advice that was given to me both pre op hip replacement surgery to post op surgery, Dr. Park, I must say you are the BEST! I am so grateful that you are and were my surgeon involved in my care from the day I came to you for consultation, during and after my surgery and your excellent follow up and care! Your attentiveness to my requests and care will always be appreciated with deep gratitude. You also possess an amazing beside manner. I grew up in a family of physicians from my grandfather, uncle and brother -- so I am quite familiar with the quality of care that can be given to a patient -- not just medically, but the overall support emotionally that makes an outstanding doctor like yourself stand out from the rest. 02.16.24 I've been a…read morepatient of Dr Rabbitt for 40 years, my first time seeing him was in the ER during a snow in 1984 I fell and broke my collar bone. Ever since then I've broken both feet, have operated on both of them to many to count, had some problems my wrist, smashed my hand, had shoulder surgery and some recent elbow problems. Dr Rabbit is excellent he will take good care of you. Don't know how much longer he's going to be practicing I'm going to be disappointed when I have to find a new orthopedic doctor.
