Trees do a pretty good job between the shopping aisles protecting you, but be ready to duck! Greens are medium speed, sand traps are reasonable - and dodge those aisle spills (lakes). Somewhat lengthy drive from calgary - make sure you leave with time to spare. Traffic can be difficult with the single lane passing once you're off the qe2.
