Long Version I used to shop at the other guy's place up the road until one day his product failed and the other store was not willing to stand behind their product. So I went looking for a new place to buy all my ecig and vaporizer stuff. If you are like me you need a constant supply of coils, wicks, mods and new technology to satiate your desire for vaping. Royal took great care of me. I needed some e-juice and found their selection to be almost astoundingly vast. Over the past few months I've been bringing all of my Vape and Tobacco business to this shop. Its everything you want out of a local shop as well as the epitome of customer service. Every time I go in, I'm greeted by possibly the most chill husky I've ever met. The shop owner has been nothing but helpful, engaging and committed to providing the best one stop shop experience. Theres a fantastic selection of juices, mods , tanks and drippers available at the store. If he doesn't have it, he'll order it. He's definitely doing his best to stock what his customers want. When we got back home, we received a call from the owner asking what nicotine dose we typically vape, which we answered "3". He had noticed the 3mg version of the juice we had been looking at was left at the store. Turns out we had snagged the 6mg by accident. He then proceeded to offer to drop it off for us on his way home at 9:00PM on a friday night. Needless to say, he followed through and we had the juice we wanted. I came inside to look around, it's raining my cars getting worked on at the moment and I wanted a place warm to hold up and possibly shop. He's a miserable man and is afraid of people with face and neck tattoos. He profiled me and demanded me to get out. I explained I was trying to bring him business and he said I have no business being here and told me to leave. The store is a mess, there's fake remake products from China all over the store. Dont know what happened with the bottom post but everytime i go(which is vey often) he always gives me fair prices he has a huge line of vapor brands including aspire kangertech etc and as far as juices he second to no one he has cosmic vapor ruthless space jam. To many to list and its priced the same of not better than the other shops around. Hes very attentive and not pushy as far as trying to sell you something you dont need and an all around good guy.i started going here to get vape supplies and i wont go anywhere else! The owner was charging three times the average price for basic g5 and cloupor vaporizers. When I compared prices on my iPad this did not settle well with him. He kicked me out of his store and when I got upset about this he followed me out of the store! I turned around and he told me he was going to "slap me". I'm still in shock that this man is allowed to own a business! Avoiding a physical altercation (I am a 100 lb woman), I ran the rest of the way to my car and he starts yelling obscenities. His prices are very competitive and he stands for good business. The owner is awesome. It's a great family business, they have tons of products, even rare ones you wont find anywhere else, great e-juice selection, but most importantly they are nice! Nice variety of selections but the owner is an A**h*le. I went in one day, browsed around after 20 minutes or so I ended up spending $40 on an artic tank. He got angry yelling at me to get out because I only spent $40, he wanted kick me, yelling and threatened to call the cops. What was he gonna do tell the cops I decided to only spend $40.
