We made our purchase of some local brand and were told we couldn't go into the lounge,but we would instead be segregated into a smaller,"non member" area. Not like anyplace I've ever been, except maybe when I was detained at the Canadian Border. Never checked on us, nor asked us if we'd be interested in refreshments. There's just no way that so many cigars can be improperly rolled. After a few draws they get a hard cap on them that no amount of struggling with a lighter will get rid of. Of course, no one accepts cigars as a return when it's so easy to say, "it's the way you smoke them." Really? I am tired of wasting money here and will not be going back to them any time soon.

Well last week I bought my usual and when I opened the tin the tobacco was bad, smelled like ammonia and fermented. I called the shop and went in to exchange it, at first he said he couldn't smell anything wrong, the other guy looked and said yes it was bad so we exchanged the cans but the first guy said if it happened again he would not honor an exchange. What?!!!!
