The food was new Nordic. It tasted good, and Peter had made a wide selection dishes. Up front the vegetarians and vegans had been asked to inform about their eating habits. The waiters sought them out, and they were informed about their special dishes. Abesolute great service at a party with more than 200 guests. The staff was service minded and very efficient. They provided the guest with wine, beer, soft drinks, and water. Eventhough they obviously were busy, they took time to smalltalk and entertain us. Don't be deterred however, because their takeaway Smørrebrød boxes are also absolutely adorable. I ordered one Salmon Smørrebrød which was very delicious, with a multitude a flavors and a very fresh feel. I came in for a quick snack and the portion was perfect for me, but if you are looking for a full meal, I would probably order three, which makes for a bit of a pricier experience, so keep that in mind. I also got a fresh apple juice to pair with which I would definitely recommend. All of their juices are of a very high quality. Definitely a perfect introduction to a classic Scandinavian meal.
