First I'd like to complement CPR Cell Phone Repair; very friendly, knowledgeable and Helpful. However, It would appear whenever CPR Cell Phone Repair, Diagnoses your Phone (Cell Phone Experts)! Orders replacement Lenses, but then they tell you, Lenses weren't needed? It's at this point whoever assessed phone should've seen the phone lenses weren't broken, the lens Protectors were cracked. However, $50.00 charge isn't refundable? Because replacement lenses were ordered. THEIR MISTAKE COST ME $50.00!!! BOTTOMLINE: This is a Clear Case of a "MISDIAGNOSIS". Some FLEXIBILITY would've been Greatly Appreciated. Not a complete Refund perhaps a store credit or reduced charge! read more

Highly recommend! Had iPhone 6 screen replaced. The cost was moderate but provided that they use legit Apple screens it's worth the extra few dollars in the long run. Friendly, Fast, and worth every penny!! read more

My boyfriend bought me a expensive gift for Christmas and it had a couple of defects so I took it…read moreto Mail n More to have it returned to be fixed. That was December 28, 2023. After about 3 weeks of it still not shipping I called the store. I was very rudely told that it wasn't there and USPS refuses to scan items they pick up. I asked who did the pickup and was told they won't ever give them names either. I then asked who signed the manifest and was told that they don't keep one and that I needed to contact USPS which I did and was told that if it was picked up and not scanned there it would have been scanned in Macon already and in Atlanta. I called Mail n More again and asked them to please check for me and make sure it wasn't dropped or placed somewhere else there and was very rudely told that they have cleaners everyday and if it was there someone would have found it and that USPS had lost it. USPS stated that this isn't the first issue they have had with this business so now 2 months later my package still shows a label created and looks like it never left Mail n More. I have no idea what to do next other than NEVER use this business again. I wish I had just kept the defective item but it was expensive and I was hoping to get it replaced.

They needed to order a part. They called late Friday afternoon and said the part was in and they could come on by to install it. I said that's fine, I'll be here. They said they'd be here in 45 minutes. One and a half hours later they called and said they weren't coming but could come early Saturday morning around 8 or 9. I said I had to leave my house by 10, but they could come before that. Saturday morning they called and said they'd be here by 9:30 and it would take 10 minutes to install the part. They didn't show up until almost 10:00 and still wasn't able to get the part installed because of another issue they didn't notice the first time. So he said he would be here at 5 on Monday and despite trying to call and text them, they never returned my calls or showed up. I've repeatedly tried to call and text today. They don't answer the calls and have left the messages on read. So now I've been dealing with them for a week and still do not have a working washing machine.
