Randoph will buy stolen items that he knows or should suspect are stolen and lie about having the property while it's in his hand.... then he will sell it after being informed it is stolen. I absolutely Love Randolphs jewlery repair. My husband and i have taken our wedding bands to him.He welded my wedding band and engagement ring together so it wouldnt spin. It looks great. He tapered my husbands diomand channel ring because it was loose. Ive taken a ring my mother in law gave me with a missing diomand to be resized and diamond replaced and Randolph did it all for an affordable price and great timing. Sad you have to give a star for this rating. Also sad that we have to handle bad business this way. This shop misrepresented a diamond size/discription on the receit and two separate appraisals. He continues to tell stories about it throughout our court battle. When we asked local law and local bussines,s  and personel storys of bad dealings with this business. Also they have said, if we didn't know who you were talking about we would know anyway with the amount of calls they have received about this business. I sure don't understand why it's so hard to get bad business practices handled.        When you look up Georgia code  title 51 torts chapter 6 fraud and deceit it describes exactly what we are going through.  Bus  so far the court system continues to support this Sad practice even with documented proof expert witness and documented evidence in his own writing.  Also a little odd that he can notarize his own signature on his appraisals which again makes us Wonder with a general appraisal and no specific in the description.  His stories carry more weight apparently then printed paper.  Even other reputable businesses comparing appraisals and expert Witnesses so far carry no weight .  Beware of Very General appraisers allowing lots of squirm room. And even two separate appraisals same ring stating two sizes with same measurements and description. Still this Jeweler seems to be getting away with this type of business.
