My flip phone died, so I went here to have it fixed. They could have taken the job, bought another identical phone, switched out the SIM card, charged me for labor, and I would have never known, but would have paid a bill for three times the cost of replacing the phone myself! But that's not what they did. Instead, they gave up the chance to fleece me and politely and professionally explained what I just described, then recommended that I simply replace the phone for much less money spent. I took my phone to have a broken screen replaced and they said they would have to order it.They said it might take 2 days for it to come in but they got it in 1 day .So when I picked my phone up I would say they did a good job. But when I took it home my audio wasn't working so I took it back in and they fixed it no problem and free of charge.....had a second phone that needed an on and off button that they couldn't order a part for because it wasn't available so they fixed it up with a temporary part with no problem and didn't charge me.They do a really good job here and I would recommend them for all phone repairs at reasonable prices. Shopping for price I took my phone to another local shop. After waiting 2 weeks they returned a non-functioning phone. I contacted CPR in a panic as this way the last day for the phone to be returned to the carrier for a promotional rebate. I was greeted by knowledgeable staff. We agreed on the repair & I mentioned I was going next door to Rita's. Within 30 minutes the phone was delivered to me at Rita's with a shipping box so I could go directly to UPS. My screen cracked on my older model cell phone. I called every cell phone repair service I could find and no one would fix it, even the ones that advertise we fix all phones. I finally found CPR, I called them and they said they could fix it. I brought it in and in less than 1/2 hour, it was fixed, at a very reasonable price. They know what they're doing. I was there tonight with a fading and cracked screen on S24 Ultra phone. Both the guy and girl were very helpful and friendly. They fixed my phone in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. I did not have a warranty on the one item that needed fixed and they did it for a great price. My cell phone was run over by a car, smashing both front and back glass to bits. Phone didn't even power on anymore, but CPR was somehow able to bring the internal drive back from the dead and recover a ton of pics and videos from that had not been backed up to the cloud.
