The classes and on campus residency is overpriced for the "services" they give. They claim to have on campus jobs for students that work around your classes schedule, which is only a half truth. They never get back to you even when you physically go to check in on how things are going hiring-wise. They really do treat you like a number as far as their system is set up. The staff (for the most part) are very nice but sometimes make you wonder if they even know the answers to what should be easy to understand questions. The professors in my specific field are extremely friendly and helpful but this is overshadowed by how uncaring the schools system is to you as a student. I also don't recommend the student housing, as it's one thing to expect everything in the building to be made cheaply, but they do nothing to enforce a respectful place; People can blare loud music that's very easy to hear through the paper thin walls, and nothing is done, people can stomp relentlessly through all hours of the day as upstairs neighbors and receive nothing but a mild slap on the wrist for being a nuisance, not to mention many of the facilities in the apartment were broken or suboptimal UPON MOVING IN! They also expect you to pay extra if you want to stay during winter break which is pretty much forced of you if you have nowhere else to go. Lastly the Director of student housing is just unprofessional and extremely rude. Don't expect to be cared for or any of your words or belongings to be respected.

I completed all of my aid documents 4 months before classes were set to start and due to the financial aid department not processing it timely, I missed all the classes I needed. I have never experienced anything like this. Go to Lane or Umpqua, much smoother registration process.

I went in for my CNA skills test today and everything seemed perfectly fine. I checked in at the…read morefront desk and the instructor seemed nice at first. I was waiting in the designated waiting area and over heard the instructor bitching about a student who was not there yet. Apparently the student was running a couple minutes late due to the really bad weather. Once the student arrived I heated the instructor being extremely rude to the student. So, after that ordeal another student in the waiting area decided to leave due to over hearing everything that had just happened. Due to the attitude and energy the instructor displayed it made everyone else extremely nervous and honestly made me have very bad anxiety going into my skills. Once in the skills testing area the instructor was very rude to me as well. I understand everyone has bad days but I hope the instructor realizes that a lot of the students are nervous because they are taking their state skills test and her acting the way she did and treating the students the way she did was unacceptable.
