My account didn't get activated after i paid for the medical technician training course it asked me…read morein tge email to call them for activation, the lady who answered the call was really rude, she was in a rush to hang up and when i asked her to let me check if i could log in successfully and she yelled "Ma'am ITS NOT THAT SERIOUS" i was shocked of how unprofessional and how rude she is. It's not like i was rude to her i literally asked her nicely to just wait to see if i can log in on my laptop. There was no reason for her to be that rude to anyone. i asked for her name and she hung up it happened at 3:05 3/24/2025.
