My account didn't get activated after i paid for the medical technician training course it asked me in tge email to call them for activation, the lady who answered the call was really rude, she was in a rush to hang up and when i asked her to let me check if i could log in successfully and she yelled "Ma'am ITS NOT THAT SERIOUS" i was shocked of how unprofessional and how rude she is. It's not like i was rude to her i literally asked her nicely to just wait to see if i can log in on my laptop. I just finished the CNA class last week and Im really happy I chose Elite. The instructor Danielle is a RN, and teaches everything with ease and makes it so easy to understand. Purchased the medical kit (that accompanys the online CNA training), in October - along with the online class, (after I first moved to Florida-Tampa area). Never received the medical kit, nor an email to state that they did not have the kit in stock. Weeks later I called and I was told that the items were out of stock. Another week went by and I called again and I was told that my kit would now be mailed to me the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Now it is more than a week later and still no kit. The voicemail for this company (academy) states that it is full and no message can be left. Never once did I receive an email confirmation of my purchase, that the items were not in stock, that my item was shipped with a tracking number, etc. Will be requesting a refund tomorrow and will update here with progress. Update: My first post was on 11/28. Today is 11/30/2018. I keep calling Elite Medical Academy only to get their voicemail message and their voicemail is consistently full. So far, I have still not received the medical kit that I paid for in October 2018. I will continue to update until resolved. Additionally...something interesting maybe is that the guy who did answer the Elite Medical Academy phone in the past was named Brandon M. (who is the stated owner of this company and who also gave himself the only positive reviews that you see here on 10/15/2018 and 10/20/2018, along with his providing an answer to his own positive review below on 10/25/2018). 12/2/2018 - I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back for the kit never received. I did purchase the online class as well, and that worked just fine, but after this experience, I no longer trust the information provided, so I will be going to another CNA school in person. read more

If I could give a zero I would. I have been trying to get the CNA kits I ordered back in October for my students. They sent a part of the items in January and told me 1/30/2019 the mailed the rest and I have yet to receive. Brandon Marcum is the person I have had contact with. I have file a complain with the BBB. It is not right that they do not fulfill what they promise. I discourage everyone to avoid the company. read more
