My husband signed up with them a year ago when his unemployment started and would call to check in. Never any jobs, or if he didn't reach a live person he would leave a voice mail and NEVER would he get a call back. When his unemployment was closer to running out he was calling every day for a month with no call backs. He's stopped calling them and was focused on other companies who at least call him back twice a week if not more. Needless to say DO NOT USE THIS STAFFING PLACE! read more

I'd have to concur with these other reviews. They are awful, I've applied with them several times in the past, and now actually for an environmental health and safety position, one that apparently I applied for last December, though I just saw it advertised again. How pretentious, I am and was a sincere candidate, and they basically blow me off with a response automatically, that I already applied for this position (like why waste your time with us again). I had seen this listed on Monster.com. It's been more than my experience that the working world is full of petty, backbiting, miserable people. I know I'm a bright and capable fellow, but the condensation, disrespect, and horrific complacency is down right pathological out there. read more

Waste of time, agents do not return calls or follow up on interviews taken. Don't bother at all. Do not recommend at all!!

DO NOT...I, repeat, DO NOT register with, or seek help from the job agency, CPS, in Liverpool, N.Y.!!!! I registered with this ridiculous little staffing agency back in Aug.2010 and have yet to be assigned a job here in Oct.2010. 2 weeks after registering with CPS I ran across an ad they'd posted on Craigslist so I called them asking about being assigned that job and the receptionist UNBELIEVABLY got into an argument with me over the phone because I was asking several questions. She totally LOST HER MIND, temporarily, I hope, probably from having a bad day the night before or something. I couldn't beleve she used expletives like ("I don't F@#$ing know, man!" and "I don't give a Damn!"). I reported the incident to a so-called supervisor at CPS and he promised to reprimand the receptionist andhelp me get employment but its been over a month now and I've heard nothing from him yet. This experience has left me in TOTAL SHOCK and I no longer want CPS's services. read more
