The tax preparation service I received here was beyond incompetent. My first clue was when I asked the tax preparer what the Oklahoma income tax percentage was, and she said she didn't know. I knew it was around 4%, but she googled it and told me it was 8.9%. I was shocked and googled it myself and found it to be 4.75%. I told her it was 4.75, and she looked it up again on her phone and realized she told me the sales tax rate, not the income tax rate. Shouldn't a professional income tax preparation service know the Oklahoma income tax rate off the top of their head? It just went downhill from there. She had to call her manager numerous times and tried relaying the information to me, but eventually just put the manager on speakerphone. The manager was also using a speakerphone, so I could barely understand what she was saying. When I got home to review what she had prepared, the final document consisted of only the first 3 pages ... none of the itemized Schedule pages were included, because she didn't itemize my deductions and gave me only the standard deduction. They charged me $519 for this! I went back the next morning to get a printout of the entire document and she still couldn't explain where certain numbers came from. She was beyond courteous and apologized profusely, but that doesn't compensate for her lack of education and training. I saw a sign that this business is operated by Wing Financial Services, and found that business was no longer in business and I can understand why.

I am so let down and dumbfounded by how we have been treated my this bank. Horribly. They have hired some new people at the bixby branch that are down right rude. No greeting from the bigger girl, no goodbye, absolutely rude. She smirked at me giving me the indication she liked upsetting me. I have never been treated this way here before, usually they are kind, talk to you treat you like friends not anymore! Second incident was today. I received a call from a "third" party supposedly saying a fraudulent charge has been charged to my account, they asked for my credit card number etc I didn't give it to them. I called the bank which transferred me to another branch and guy answers so rude! I proceed to tell him what happened, no concern no noting he just says I'll cancel your card, I said I didn't ask for that don't cancel it. He very hateful like says fine! Like a little brat kid! He went ahead and canceled it and didn't tell me so I found out by trying to use it. I also tell him I can't get logged into the account via the app he says: (it's because all these stupid people are all checking for the dumb stimulus check) excuse me, I'm sorry I said. Also, I have a truck payment with them, mind you, never been late, they call and proceed to taunt me on why I'm not paying!! I said are you serious!!!! The states are pretty much shut down, we've lost our jobs at the moment and you proceed to treat me like a person not paying that needs a debt collector to taunt them to pay!!!!! He treated me so badly I hung up and cried! We are dealing with a lot in the world right now, how you handled this is huge!!! First Fidelity on the other hand has our other 3 car notes and guess what they said!!!!!! How can we help you???????? You see that! That is customer service and caring. They are giving us a 2 month time period to get things in order, that is what we need right now! A business that actually cares!!!!! Communications is giving no grace period. Nothing. Pretty much they are proceeding on with action for non payment. We are only behind since this stared, so this month is when we became late and already hearing the bill collectors use their tactics to make us feel horrible and more stressed than all of us already are. We are buying food and essentials right now with the little we are left with. My husband found another job but it's a huge cut in pay so we are making due, but communications federal doesn't care nor are they working with us! 10 plus year people we have been banking with them! This is how they really feel. I will be moving banks after 10 plus years. You guys are absolutely horrible! Your customer service is not there. We do a lot of business for your bank as well! We deposit well over the normal pay for Oklahoma in our bank account, we will be moving it tomorrow first fidelity! First Fidelity is treating us like they care. They called and asked how they can help us during this time and gave us 2 months to get our finances order.
