Exactly one week later I received a certified letter in the mail from Margaret Sturm indicating she can no longer represent me due to a conflict of interest. I called, left voice messages, emailed and absolutely no response back. No money returned. How could Margaret Sturm or Walstead not know this before sending a cease and desist letter?? What an absolute rip off literally from a law firm. Look elsewhere and try to find an honest lawyer. It's not Walstead Mertsching. I will be filing this with the state Bar Association.

I wasn't driving fast, but i had the top down enjoying the sun, the drive, and good music. It was incredibly nice as there was almost no traffic heading southbound. Long story short, while in Cowlitz county, I drove over a hill, and hiding on the other side, there was a motorcycle cop with his laser gun. I tapped my brakes as soon as I saw him, and looked down at my speed and saw I was now going under the speed limit (65 in a 70). I looked in my rear view mirror, and sure enough, the motorcycle riding state trooper was on my tail. I pulled over, he gave me a ticket for 75 in a 70!!!! Must have been a really slow day for him! Any way, I called Mr. Johnson and he handled everything, I didn't appear in court as he was representing me, and today, I recieved a letter say the ticket was dismissed! :) Thank you Mr. Johnson! I definitely recommend using him for any traffic violations in Cowlitz county.
