I called, left voice messages, emailed and absolutely no response back. No money returned. How could Margaret Sturm or Walstead not know this before sending a cease and desist letter?? I agreed to a wording change and since doing that I pay 760 a month instead of the agreed upon 450 due to my x being on public assistance for needy families. I feel like my financial interests could have been looked out for more. All in all an average non contested divorce in WA should only take about a year and 13k max. I feel like this is way to expensive to repeat everything I say word for word to the opposing party. Not much work involved there besides repeating and paper pushing. If your looking for quick, thorough and cost effective, look elsewhere. If I am needing legal services again I will also look elsewhere. Long story short, while in Cowlitz county, I drove over a hill, and hiding on the other side, there was a motorcycle cop with his laser gun. I tapped my brakes as soon as I saw him, and looked down at my speed and saw I was now going under the speed limit (65 in a 70). I looked in my rear view mirror, and sure enough, the motorcycle riding state trooper was on my tail. I pulled over, he gave me a ticket for 75 in a 70!!!! Must have been a really slow day for him! Any way, I called Mr. Johnson and he handled everything, I didn't appear in court as he was representing me, and today, I recieved a letter say the ticket was dismissed! :) Thank you Mr. Johnson! I definitely recommend using him for any traffic violations in Cowlitz county.

I paid her over $10,000 and followed her legal…read moreadvice -- including her and her assistant's written direction to refuse a court-ordered hair follicle test. I have those emails. Later, she claimed she "absolutely never said that" and used that as her reason to withdraw from my case. Her withdrawal caused significant harm to my custody situation. I'm a teacher who works with children every day, and my only "offense" was being prescribed medical marijuana by a doctor for PTSD and migraines. Because of her inconsistent and careless handling of my case, I was left with only one hour of phone visitation per week with my children which I then lost after she dropped me. I have filed a formal complaint with the Washington State Bar Association regarding her conduct and lack of accountability. In my opinion, Ms. Bliss is unprofessional, unreliable, and more concerned with distancing herself from responsibility than advocating for her clients. If you are looking for an attorney who stands by their own advice and supports clients through difficult cases, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
