My weakness early, as a hard working agent WASN'T the technical side of selling, I'd become adept at understanding mortgages, financing options, and have good negotiating skills so when I FINALLY got to work on a deal it held, closed, and then a commission cheque showed up. I love pay day! My problem was a HUGE LACK of opportunity (customers) to put deals together with (hard to sell with no buyers or sellers) and that despite doing everything the office told me to do. Open houses on weekends, cold calling every night, door knocking every week, all the "normal" things if you had nothing else to do in life. All those things had me trading time for money - my other big problem as a single Dad and very discouraged Realtor was distinct lack of time. I found Craig through his website then through his 3-day SuperConference teaching event after ten (10) hard, painful years in the business. I never knew where my next sale or commission was coming from, I never knew daily if anyone would let me help them buy or sell. Craig told me in our first conversation that what I'd been doing up to that point actually contributed to the embarrassingly high failure rate of our industry. Herein I am privileged to share with you the amazing "magic carpet ride" my family has been on since receiving the blessing of being a Craig Proctor Coaching Member. November 27, 1989. I was 18 years young and officially received my Real Estate licence at 11.55 am. It was a proud moment for my amazing Father the late great Mario Guido Sconza. CRAIG PROCTOR CHANGED MY LIFE! I went to Craig Proctor conference in May 2019 after being in the real estate business only a few months. I had no clients nor any friends who were selling or buying, had no sphere of influence interested in real estate. In my brokerage I was told to cold call, door knock and farm. Every time I was told NO I was questioning why I was doing this and was looking for something different. I knew there must be a better way to do this business. My first year in real estate (2019) was tough, I made only $15,000 and spent most of my savings. I was looking for better way and I went to one of half day seminars and it all made sense. Having been a police officer for 20 years I desperately needed a change but didn't have the nerve to quit my secure job. After attending one of Craig's super conferences and signing up for coaching, I did find the confidence to leave my policing career. Not only did Craig's system rocket me to being #1 in my company of over 700 Realtors for the past 6 consecutive years based on gross sales, I also have the freedom and time to enjoy the success. I hated being a real estate agent when I first got into the business. The broker told me I'd have tons of free time to be with my family (the reason I quit a 6-figure salary job with benefits to get into real estate was because of all the travel) and I'd easily make more money than I had prior. After 6 months I loved the sales, but hated the business. Blowing up balloons on a sunday afternoon was not exactly my idea of a "profession." Then I found one of those emails that seems too good to be true. It was from Craig Proctor talking about getting business AND having a life. Before CP coaching, 1- I worked from my home office by myself, had no agents in my team. 2- I was in real estate for about 23 years without a system, closing about 20 to 28 properties per year. 3- Zero presence on line. Zero leads from on line. Zero reviews. 4- All my closings were referrals and past clients. After joining CP coaching, I started about end of November, 2012, 1- I opened my office and now, my team consist of about 20 team members and several agents making over six figure income from office leads. We put strong team Core Values (Integrity, Dependability and Respect). 2- Closing about 130 properties per year. Just noticed a review from Lee kind of warning about a lot of favorable reviews coming out on the same day. Being a Proctor loyalist, I saw a somewhat negative review and responded and in turn, I asked a few others in the program to do likewise. And these are only a few of the thousand plus agents I personally know who have successfully implemented Craig's system and exploded their business. I must disagree with Lee, it is not stuck in the 90's and if she were to attend a conference, she would know that. We did not do Google ad words in the 90's, we did not do facebook or any other social media in the 90's. What Lee is basing her opinion on is a book explaining the principles of Craig Proctor system, which is very much evergreen. The principles continue to work as they did 15 years ago when I started. The program that is taught live is updated on a regular basis. And Craig's program is not simply about lead generation. It's a total system, just like a McDonald's franchise. There is a system you put in place to run your business. There are always naysayers for every program, but I can assure you that every one of these reviews which are positive are from real people who are members of the Craig Proctor system and doing awesome business as a result of his teachings. Six years ago I was at a very important point in my real estate career. I had grown our business to about 400k in GCI, but was plateauing, and didnt know what to do. I knew I needed a coach. The only type of person that I could think of that would say anything negative about Craig Proctor's Millionaire Agent Making System, would be if there getting crushed from those that learn from him. I'm increasing my team and converting leads faster than I ever could have asked for. My only problem is being too busy, and having too many well-qualified people to work with. I have 8092 leads in my system right now, (see picture). Using and mastering the universal call back script has allowed me to be able to sift, sort and only work with the most qualified ready now business possible. I now have the ability to get everyone I talk to on the phone into the office and there begging me to work with them. They pay me a retainer for my services now, what a blessing Craig is the truth and the only way you couldn't make money is if you don't do what is recommended. We were looking for a coach back in February 2015 and stumbled on Craig Proctor, that day changed our lives, we add 50% to our income during 2015 as we only really got fully into the system in July. We started with Craig proctor in 2005, we first order the quantum leap in a box and were overwhelmed by the amount of information so we called Craig and he called us back! He told us to come to the next super conference which we did and was the best decision we ever made.
