I've posted a picture so anyone that may be considering this florist can judge for themselves... If I could give zero stars, I would. I was leery about purchasing flowers over the internet so I called to request they add a pop of color to the flower bouquet I'd chosen from their website. The person that answered the phone and took my order failed to listen to my request and the person putting the flower arrangement together had to be having a an utterly miserable day, as the results of their efforts were sad! I hope when the owners of Designer's Florist by Sekan read this and see the picture of what they passed off as a $71.11 flower bouquet they're embarrassed. When I expressed my disappointment they responded with the following, I'm sorry. There were no roses and gerbs in the picture. Spray roses are $4 and gerbs are $5 each. I used the bright Lily which is $7 , 5 daisys/ poms, green, yellow and white, trich $3.50 each, 4 hot pink carnations $2 each, vase and assorted greens. When you mentioned what you wanted in it, I thought we had changed recipes and you wanted it bright. I apologize for not doing it more like the picture. I tried to incorporate what you mentioned and make it bright at the same time. I guess I didn't Look at this as bright. We can pick it up and redo it if that is what you would like.... Really???
