Ashley, in response to your comment - I may not have spoken to you personally but I was also affected. My husband and I carpool and we both had to leave work earlier just to make it to the scheduled appointment on Tuesday; so you just texting while we were on the way to say you CANNOT do a 90 mins was an absolute bummer. If you knew you cannot do a 90 min that day, why even set up an appointment in the first place? And no, the vouchers were bought PRIOR to my husband setting up an appointment. So insinuating the appointment was for 60 mins makes no sense. Please just own up to your mistake. Like I said, it's all about how businesses approach their customers. Hopefully other people would read this review to save them their time and effort.
