As a company handling hundreds of assignments monthly, proper documentation is required before payment processing. Instead of simply providing a revised invoice, communication quickly became aggressive, rude, and condescending through both emails and phone calls. Our office operates on standard net-30 payment terms unless prepayment is arranged beforehand, which was communicated. Despite this, repeated hostile follow-ups continued before the payment term had elapsed. We value professional vendor relationships and expect basic professionalism and cooperation when resolving accounting or documentation issues. Based on our experience, we would not utilize this vendor again.
