If I could give even more stars, I would. What a fantastic company to work with! I couldn't have been more pleased with our results and our interactions. They are such a courteous and professional team. Their work the night of the event was stunning! From the first interaction of outlining our needs until the event wrapped up - everything ran smoothly and was just perfect. I was incredibly nervous the day of our event, but the Dove team was so composed and efficient and did everything with such ease and mastery that it calmed my nerves, too. Best of all, their pricing was great! We received a referral for them, so we were concerned they might be too expensive for our budget, but they actually took our needs into consideration and worked to keep everything under budget. They even added a couple of items that I didn't request (as I didn't know how much it would add to the feel of the event) and included a few free upgrades, as they had just upgraded their equipment. All in all, I can recommend them with the highest confidence! They are excellent at what they do, brilliant in execution, professional and courteous in their interactions, and just an all-around great company to work with. If we ever need AV, Event, etc. services again, we know who to call! read more

At Saint Charles Church in Parma, we needed updating and bringing in new equipment throughout a few meeting spaces on campus. Dove AV was excellent at getting back to us every step of the way! We contracted with Dove AV for our in-person conference. Due to COVID the event morphed into something completely different where our speakers used Zoom, and Dove AV aired the sessions via Vimeo. Not just 1 speaker at a time, but 3 separate speakers per hour. Chad and Dove AV never missed a beat. They even arranged to have all the speakers test out their connection, cameras and audio before the event. During the event, Dove AV kept in touch with all the speakers (across the country) to make sure they were logged in at the correct time during the conference. All our presenters had great comments about Chad and his technicians. I would highly recommend Dove AV for your event. I know we are looking forward to working with Chad on future events. read more

BEWARE: I was specifically looking for a Santa with a full face, nice beard, jovial appearance and…read moregreat costume. ( I myself own a mediocre, cotton costume and wanted an awesome Santa for our event this year with an amazing costume.) I requested a picture of the Santa I was booking before I would commit as I wanted to ensure the Santa "look". I was pleased with the photo staff sent of Santa P. Santa P's appearance and his velvet costume with real looking fur, and went ahead and booked. I reached out prior to our event as I had not received a booking confirmation. I left a message in without any reply. I called again the day of our event to ensure we actually had a Santa coming (It was a Sunday and they were understandably closed.) I left another VM. I had no email/phone contact for Santa P, and had to move forward by having a neighbor come prepared to be Santa for our event. I was thrilled when A Santa walked through the door, despite the fact that I had a backup Santa there, and I had scrambled all day to prepare for the possibility no Santa would show up due to the lack of communication. I was surprised it was most certainly NOT Santa P that I had booked. His costume was mediocre, red flat cotton, not real fur, I was disappointed in his appearance (He reminded me of Bad Santa) but -happy that we had an "awesome" Santa persona. We went over the plan, as this Santa said he had been given no instructions from your company and wasn't sure what he would be doing despite the fact that I had provided that information to you. I reviewed our simple itinerary with him. The minute he walked into the room I knew I was in for disappointment. His voice was completely un-characteristic of Santa. There was nothing Santa about it. It was of higher pitch-Nothing jovial or jolly. His appearance was ackward, almost painful-Parents in the room exchanged glances and I wished I could stop him from continuing. During the meet and greet he seemed even more nervous and uncertain of what to say to the kids, sentences were un-natural. He needed to be reminded several times to give the children their gift. I feel positively terrible as he was nice and I wish it were different. As a business owner I understand negative reviews and how you may think this may be an issue in my perception. Let me assure you-this is not the case. Several guests attendance were chattering about our Santa while in the gift shop. You can imagine my surprise when a SECOND SANTA showed up. He showed me an email, sent by your staff member E, stating that the original Santa had "bailed" and they were in need of a Santa for our event just a few days prior. Really? Is this why I could not get a confirmation? And this man showed up 30 minutes late if he was going to be our Santa? I'm not sure exactly what was going on. -If you could not confirm you had the Santa that I booked, I wish that you would have notified me, especially considering I was not sent the Santa that I agreed to book through your company. In hindsight it seemed a very real possibility that no Santa may have arrived at all. *I reached out for a response/resolution 10 days ago. I have sent a follow up email to ensure the complaint was delivered to a supervisor/manager. A staff member C stated she printed it and handed it to her manager herself. I have still not received a single response from your company. That is shameful and extremely un-professional. I cannot imagine simply ignoring an extremely dissatisfied customer. I wish you would have reached out.

If I need a shipper again there, I will try out the other option listed on the auction site, The UPS Shop, instead. This company flat ripped me off on shipping. They charged me $66.47 for a package of marbles that could have easily fit in and shipped in a medium USPS flat rate priority box. I even said that to the hoarse-voiced lady on the phone. She claimed that it wouldn't fit and that it was too heavy to ship that way. It was 9 lbs. I have had those same boxes packed full of heavy reloading lead shipped to me. Bottom line is that it should not have been a dollar over $45 at the very most including their fee, and I ship all the time. They also did an extremely poor packaging job. There was barely any cushion for vintage marbles. Two of the bags of marbles were busted open and all over in the box by the time I got them. The obviously repurposed packaging materials also smelled like mold. Absolutely pathetic. Never again.

I actually went to a UPS Shop last night and was told shipping and packaging would be $65. That didn't seem quite right, but for a UPS store it would be correct! I got up this morning and went to the Ship Center and watched my items get boxed up, added packaging to protect during shipping and my price out the door was $38.63. They also have a rewards program!! They have Penske trucks for rental! I've used that service as well! Also they make Banners, shirts, and any goodies you may need to promote your business! I've also used this service! All of this to say ~ I won't waste my Friday evenings after the Ship Center has closed going to UPS thInking it might be convenient this one time. IT definitely was not! I'll get up on Saturday and go to a business that cares!

In a day where it's difficult to find a company that you can trust, it is refreshing to say that Dove Audio Visual is a company you can trust! Not only can you trust them they offer expectational service and go out of their way to be sure you are completely satisfied. Chad at Dove was incredible to work with and his team of technicians (especially Brandon) were professional and courteous. Dove did a complete install of audio, acoustic treatment and video for our church auditorium that seats approximately 500 and I can honestly say they are the cream of the crop when it comes to your audio/visual needs and I couldn't recommend them more! read more
