I was greeted and asked to sit in the waiting area. It was comfortable. I was told my room would be ready in just a few minutes, so I went to the bathroom. They put me in my room when I came out. I was waiting comfortably and someone came to tell me I would need to wait 10 minutes for my therapist. I was a little frustrated and made sure to look at the clock when she came in. I figured my session was going to be shortened. My therapist was named Anna. She did a fantastic job! My session was not shortened at all. I felt great when I left.
