He was sympathetic at first but after telling me he would look into it he never called me back so I called him and he said everything looked good on his end and he had no explanation. That was it. I still don't receive mail. It set me back with my bank and my retirement annuity payments, hit me where it hurts, monetarily. Despite society going mostly digital we still require regular mail and it will wreck your world without it. Be very wary and diligent to avoid a massive amount of frustration. I wouldn't wish this on anybody. No one will probably read this. Shows my desperation.

We brought the shirt back and stated that it had never been worn and is now in bad shape, they sent it to "the plant" and returned it to us and wanted to charge us for a second cleaning? We didn't make any headway in explaining ourselves. We brought it home and realized they wrote our last name in whiteout pen on the inside seam of the shirt near the bottom. They said they always do that in case it gets lost but can mark our account to not do that to our things anymore but that they could get lost. We told them that we've gone to dry cleaners in major cities across the US and never had someone write on a $100 shirt before. They were unapologetic.
