PLUS $30 a month for a phone if you use it or not. I recently moved 4 doors down in the apartment complex and "Hopefully we can get to it by the end of the week". Mind you, they charge close to $100 just to move it. $25 for each service, PLUS more to move the phone. That you don't use. And $20 just for them to take their time to come out. Unfortunately as stated above, they are the only internet provider in the town of Girard. So realistically they charge whatever they want. My $250 deposit lasted 2 months.

I've been a customer for almost 3 years at this point and do not have any complaints. I live far out in the country, 15 miles from the nearest city, and my service is beautiful! Moving out here I feared that I would have no choice but one of the satellite services who rip you off and raise your rates every time you turn around. My bill has been consistent (and because they are a coop I get refunds), and the service consistent. Calls for service are met with prompt attention. For instance, I called to have a DVR added (no extra charge) and they were at my door within 2 hours! None of that between the hours of Noon and 4 crap the cable companies do and then don't show up. I use their telephone, internet, and IPTV services. All good things to say about these folks!

They took our information and were going to transfer our info, hard drives to a used tower that was capable for our needs. The most frustrating aspect was that we had to contact them to get updates ( past the time they told us it would be ready). Three working days later we are told(after we go in to check on it) that the used comp they had was no good. The knowledge is there but I just had a problem with the lack of communication on their part. If you do have them work on s/t for you, keep after them.

I walked into the store, and there were two associates sitting around talking, and neither of them greeted me. I don't let it bother me, but shortly after standing there glancing at a few things, I ask for assistance. The petite girl with short black hair and a somewhat funkier style dropped something on the floor that looked to be an e-vape and/or marijuana pen. Myself, along with many other parents with teenagers have helps themselves educated on what to look for to keep our kids from falling into the same habits. She quickly picked it up and put it in her pocket. Then the other associate she was chatting with finally asked me "can I help you with something?" She almost sounded mad that I needed to be helped. There was one more associate in there who didn't even look up at us once. I once again decide to stay and ask the questions I needed answers too before switching carriers, but after about ten minutes of unhelpful conversation and vaguely answered questions I gave up. Overall I found the employees were unknowledgeable about the products and cell service, they were unprofessional and unhelpful. Not to mention, later that evening, my son who was in the store with me approached us on the couch and showed me this. The two associates who were unable to help me that day. Seems as if they were too busy talking about their weekend activities than working or making a sell.
