The order was delivered a day late, on Friday, and they dropped off the wrong order. I was told I could not use anything from the incorrect order that was dropped off, even though it was also fencing materials and I could've used some of the stuff they dropped off. I went to the store that night and they refunded me the $80 delivery fee plus an extra $115 and promised me it would be delivered first thing the next morning, on Saturday. After multiple calls to the store and conversations with management, my order FINALLY showed up at 3:30 in the afternoon on Saturday. I was refunded some money, but still feel like I got dealt the short end of the stick. We spend a lot of money at this store on various home improvement projects. If this is how they treat a loyal customer I'd hate to see how they treat other people.

She went above and beyond to provide professional service and was very courteous and so friendly. I asked for specific flowers(hydrangeas with a modern grouping) and they made a beautiful arrangement. Since I live on the west coast, she went out of her way to confirm the arrangement made it to the funeral home on a very busy day. This type of specialty service is so appreciated!
