The first Crew that came to look at damage and what they had to do was very professional and very nice. Ashleigh explained everything step by step what was to be done. I believe if she was the one to be in "charge" thru this process it would have been done professionally where no questions would have to be asked and every thing that I was told that was to be done would have been taken care of. Taylor Williams, the owner of this business, is a very nice person. However, he did not see that this job was fully complete. I asked Mr.Williams several questions on what I observed that was never completed. I have found several things that were left and not completed and still finding. I did contact Mr.Williams when I first moved back in and his response was that he would take a ""look"" which he never did. He also gave me 3 different dates that I was to move back in. I finally told him to please give me a final date so that I could make arrangements which he did and made another excuse that he would have to ""rush""the final details, that I did not understand because it had already been 8 weeks.I told him not to worry about the clean up that I would do it myself,which I did. He never did a final Walk thru to see that the job was finished, which he told me more than once that he was to do. Mr. Williams never checked on final jobs that each crew that was sent in to do different jobs, as he promised and he never asked me anything. I was the one that contacted him and he rarely returned my calls. There was a lot of good work done, mainly the floors look great,but things left undone as well which to Mr. Williams was apparently not important. My refrigerator has small dents in several places...Vanities in both bathrooms not all the way to the wall....one broken at bottom that should have been replaced. Carpet in one bedroom not under baseboards, a big piece of baseboard in hall broke off left that way, painting in bathrooms and kitchen horrible. The kitchen cabinets that should have been replaced smell like mildew that Mr. Williamson said was in great shape. And I am pretty sure there is more. This company was sent by the insurance company to do the job, and left it undone. I should have listened to he people that told me I would regret SERVPRO doing any kind of work Very disappointed!!

The Supreme Home Services team cleaned up & help reset the space so it was back to usable as soon as they pulled away. They also took the time to load a large pile of cardboard and Styrofoam from unpacking after a cross country move from my garage for me, which was a huge help. He was professional, easy to work with, offered fair pricing and made the whole process simple. I would definitely hire him again for future projects.

I contacted Tommy's Lawnmower and Small Engine Repair after reading several positive reviews and…read morenoting that they could come to my house to pick up my lawnmower. The last time I was able to get it to run it sputtered and puffed out gray smoke. I received a timely call back from my message and Tommy was able to come pick up the lawnmower within two days .I had the mower back in less than a week and the invoice clearly stated what was done and the price for parts and labor and the extremely reasonable pick up/delivery charge of $35. I felt the total charge for the repair and servicing was very fair. When the lawnmower was brought back to me Tommy pulled the cord to start the mower and then let it shut off and had me pull the cord to start the mower. It ran like a dream and they had even cleaned it so it looked brand new. Over the weekend I was able to cut my front yard and the weeds almost look like grass. The mower was much easier to start than before and ran like a dream! Tommy's the only one I'm going to trust with my mower.
