I specifically asked they scrape and fix the peeling paint on the ceiling (including having a new fan installed) and within weeks the ceiling was peeling again. The tub fixtures are loose and we need to have a plumber come fix them. The towel rack was set too far apart and we had to move it ourselves to keep the dowel in. I was disappointed with the quality of the details.

He was incredibly patient, from working around the home inspector for the consultation, the plumber replacing pipes under the sink and appliance delivery. My backsplash tile was very intricate, and I was blown away when I saw him laying it out and making a template to include the many outlets on the wall. Once laid out, he was sure to get my opinion on what part of the tile pattern I wanted to emphasize before tracing the template and making the cuts. There was a lot of custom product that had to be ordered and they stayed on Home Depot to make sure that the correct materials were ordered and came in promptly. They are very responsive and came when they promised to estimate the job and showed up to do the work when they said they would and made sure the job was done to suit and on time. I am very pleased with the quality of work and appearance of the screened in room. They may not be the cheapest, but are by no means the most expensive either, but you get a good quality job.
