They replaced a heater on our hot tub then pointed out leaks that they said could be fixed easily & also after telling us our hot tub was worth fixing when we asked if we were wasting our money. They tried fixing those leaks then left saying it was fixed, pulled money from our charge card that they had kept the information from a one time payment earlier in the year and then left a voicemail telling us our hot tub couldn't be fixed. The owner wouldn't call us back except once when one of his workers was passed out in his truck in the driveway and we had to knock on the window to wake him up to which he was very rude & seemed hungover. They fixed the leak on the first visit and replaced the pump several days later. Back up and running well again. Great folks to work with and they communicated well throughout. Highly recommend.
