They replaced a heater on our hot tub then pointed out leaks that they said could be fixed easily & also after telling us our hot tub was worth fixing when we asked if we were wasting our money. They tried fixing those leaks then left saying it was fixed, pulled money from our charge card that they had kept the information from a one time payment earlier in the year and then left a voicemail telling us our hot tub couldn't be fixed. The owner wouldn't call us back except once when one of his workers was passed out in his truck in the driveway and we had to knock on the window to wake him up to which he was very rude & seemed hungover. Never again!

The guy showed up and left the vacuum attached to the filter in the pool. I called Bruce and let him know this, and he justified the guy's actions. Said that the guy does this often and was going to come back later and finish. Thank goodness the vacuum did not get clogged and burn up my pump motor! On top of the terrible service and customer service, they still charged us for the service that never happened. We refused to pay the bill. Then upon my mother's death, the bill was paid from the estate. That company should have never been paid! Do yourself a favor and please do not ever use this company.

What sold me was that they do all the water parks around Indiana as well plus Everyone at the company has allot of experience . Mark and Jeff are experts in coatings and surface prepping with a track record to prove it. The last people that coated our pool used rubber based and it only lasted about a year before the paint came off as you can see in the pictures with their prepping and the quality of their product that they use is what separates them from your typical pool painter. Mark the owner is a chemical engineer and a graduate of Purdue.Mark and Jeff have been doing pools for 35 years everyone at their company has been there no less than 10 years. Jeff wood is argumentative and accusatory. The owner is nice but either didn't understand the problem or deflected blame.
