When I first started having problems seeing blood and puss coming from my piercing about a month in, I called the shop and was told that this is "normal" and "part of it healing". After a few more months of dealing with pain, redness, and irritation I contacted a professional piercing shop in Baton Rouge. I was told there that my navel was not in fact pierced, just the skin above it was, making it a surface piercing that began to slowly reject from my body. I was also told that I do not have the correct belly button shape for the type of jewelry that Jalil went ahead and used anyways. I'm now left with ugly scarring on my stomach thanks to this unprofessional place. The customer service is horrendous too, good luck getting anyone to reply to emails, DMs, etc.
