Owners Ryan and Liz run a great service and welcoming presence for Wyoming and Casper in particular. Arrangements were easy, reasonable and outstanding overall. Liz hooked me up (pun intended) with a GREAT GUIDE, Ben Krueger. I've fished the North Platte and Grey Reef before but this was the first time for my Grandson Jack and having Ben guiding, rowing, rigging and teaching Jack made a very pleasant and memorable experience for my Grandson. A lot of fish caught and released, beautiful scenery, wildlife and friendly banter between the youngsters in the boat. Couldn't have been better. Thank you Wyoming Fly Fishing.

Amazing!!! - - - - -…read more- - - June, 2026 Visit Our daughter planned a concert in Cheyenne and invited me. We wanted to then have an extended weekend and figured we might explore fishing or something else. We found Kyle and the Fin & Feathers Club through Yelp. We coordinated two days of fishing on the Bighorn River (also called the Wind River upstream of Thermopolis) and we had blast. Kyle brings everything you need for fishing - boat, poles, bait / flies, etc. - and also brings food and drinks. The elk shish-ka-bobs were awesome! We have fished for trout before but not fly fished. Kyle showed us how to cast as we floated, and showed us how to work as a pair - the front of the boat casting first. We were blessed with both beautiful weather and a strong afternoon storm - we were safe and sound and enjoyed getting a little wet. The fish... oh-h-h-h the fish... we caught and released several and we kept two and they were GOOD eating. Kyle is a fantastic person and guide - you'll be glad you fish, and/or hunt, with him. When someone gets into fly fishing, you start looking into fly fishing boxes to help keep your flies organized and hopefully dry. For years, I have tried to figure out and keep my fly boxes upgraded and better organized. In my research, I keep coming across a company called "Cliff Outdoors" and when you look at their products, they look solid! The insides on the blue foam is above the norm, BIG time! It looks like they do a great deal of research, and in the field research is very cool with me. If you look at their products, it might just sway the way you carry your flies! **Do your research! I like their foam in their fly boxes! You may need a variety of fly boxes, but here is one to really looks at the bottom line! Great fly fishing products. My thoughts, is to take a strong look at their products! I love fly fishing, and I am finding here is a product that just might help you out! **To note: Log into their web site and double check out their fly boxes, dollar to a donut, I'll bet you get one of their fly boxes in your bag or vest! I used to buy everything through Rocky Mountain and have bought thousands and thousands of dollars…read morethrough here. I've been having an issue with my 7 pin IQ bowsight which I bought through Rocky. The sight has a lifetime warranty on it. I understand having to send it in and wait for iq to get back to me, I brought the sight up to one of the guys at the counter and he started messing with it. Adjusted it way out of whack had absolutely no clue what he was doing then proceeded to take an Allen wrench to the tightening screw and stripped it. I literally watched him over tighten it and strip it. He blamed me for stripping it. Then through a hissy fit because i pulled the sight off and told them to take care of the warranty. That's just the start. He was mishandling my bow and knocking the cams all over the counter with absolutely no care in the world. I don't know what happened to all the good archery techs but I will not spend another penny there. I'll drive across the state and deal with Sheridan Rocky before I give Casper location anymore of my business.

Everything we tried was delicious. I want to come back and try the burgers and the sweet potato fries. The space is modest but the view is killer- out to a green lawn and Alcova Lake. Definitely worth checking out (and I'm not just saying that because they are my parents. Really, I'm not!).

It's design is very well done with a modern "feel" to it. The artificial grass is a nice touch and provides a soft place to sit a relax.
