A few weeks later, in mid-May, we followed back up to see when our order would be shipping. We were then told that they were backed up and could sent a partial shipment, with the balance to ship in mid-June. We accepted this new lead time. We received about half of our order, but were invoiced for the entirety of it. We paid. Mid-June comes and we send a follow up email to see when the balance will ship. It's ignored so we send 2 more emails a few days a part. Finally, on 6/24 Emma responds that she'll have an update by end of day. That's the last we've heard from them in the almost 3 weeks since and we still haven't received the rest of order that has been paid for. We've sent 4 more follow up emails and have called around 10 times. No one has ever answered the phone at any of the extensions, and all voicemail boxes are full. Emma, Aaron, Chris, Kit, and the general quotes email are all copied on our requests for updates. None have responded. Cannot recommend this business less.
