I'm skeptical of anyone that gives a 5 star review, but Aaron really set me up on the right footing. I needed some very specific, somewhat complicated engravings done for a variety of stainless steel flasks and a stainless steel camping mug. After directing me to Amanda and some of the other team, I was given some amazing (and timely!) proofs that really didn't need much work. Off to the engraving they went, and truly, I could not be happier with the overall quality. They're exactly what I wanted. I actually had done these same engravings through a person on Etsy and ended up spending $140 for some seriously subpar engravings. They used some sort of rotary tool which really eliminated a lot of the detail. But Laser Engraving Pros used a blackened "ink" like look on their product and it looks *significantly* better. Can't recommend them highly enough.

KF pumped more color into the final product and sealed it onto an acrylic material that will last another 100 years. Jack helped me choose the right material patiently and delivered finished product and my originals (not damaged or lost!). I can't imagine the details involved in this project - but I'm impressed and grateful. Since my Search delivered Keith Fabry as the only center who could handle my request - I'm relieved. The value for better -than- perfect - is priceless. No complaints. No problems

Plus, I had a very tight timeline of 3 days, and no other printer could offer any assurance the banner would be ready/delivered in time. I found one of Keith Fabry's websites and ordered an overnight bannerstand for pickup at their office. I uploaded the file in the early moring hours and it was printed and ready for pickup the same day! Even though my flight landed later than scheduled, Debra took care of me and I was able to get the banner in plenty of time for the event. As for the banner, I paid for upgraded material and it came out looking great and was packed very well, so I was able to transport the banner via checked baggage on my return flight without issue. While KF may not be the least costly, their pricing is fair for their amazing turnaround and excellent customer service. Plus, they offer printing for Canva files which makes printing large items even easier for the casual designer or ad-hoc sign needs. Another shoutout to Debra and the entire team at KF!

There are two fitting rooms next to each other, but separated by a room divider. Each fitting room was spacious and had a little stage with couches surrounding them. I had a fantastic experience. I filled out a form about what I was looking for beforehand. Quincy pulled out some dresses she thought I'd like and really did an amazing job. She was kind, patient, and extremely helpful. I tried on a lot of beautiful dresses all within my budget which I loved. She was so transparent about pricing and which dresses were made to order. Although I haven't officially bought a dress yet, I really keep daydreaming about one specific one I fell in love with here. I highly recommend visiting Blue Sage Bridal for your wedding dress needs.

Overall, we had a good experience here. We dropped off my wedding ring to get resized first and what we thought would be his. They sized us and helped us with the paperwork. They told us they'd resize the rings for $60 each and we would pay half up front. As we were leaving, we saw the receipt had a size too small, thankfully we caught that and they edited it in time. They called us the next day to let us know they could not resize his ring, which I was grateful for the communication and transparency. It took about three weeks to pick up my gold ring, which wasn't an issue. We just thought it might be faster because when we called to ask they kept telling us it should be ready the soon. Be mindful that they'll call you when it's done. Picking up my ring was amazing and it looked great. We ended up finding my fiancé a white gold ring he loved so we took it here to resize. They told us they could do it quickly without any charge for expedited service and we'd pay later instead of half upfront. They did finish it within a week, but they did not tell us it was almost double the price ($125). We later learned that you have to redip white gold, but I wish we were told this in person. I would still go back for my jewelry needs, just know that you might want to ask questions ahead of time and that communication can be a little wonky. But the product you get back is great!

I have patronized this business for many years and did so again in December to support a black…read morebusiness. I had six pair of earrings that I wanted repaired. It took 4 months to get five pairs of earrings back from the jeweler. The other pair was "not ready" I was told each time I called. I had purchased this pair of earrings in November of 2024 and brough them to Waller in December after the post fell off. When I called Waller's about this last pair, I was told that they would "check on it" and each time NOONE called me back. After a few months of this cycle with no ETA in sight, I informed them that I would be coming into the store in person to pick up my property - even if it was not fixed. It turns out that the repair person works offsite at his home (this was not disclosed to me when I dropped off my property) and broke my earrings while trying to solder the pin to the earring. Waller admitted that they had ordered another pair of earrings "from overseas" to replace mine. It is clear that the intent was to try to replace my earrings without my knowledge with a pair that was probably lower quality. I was told that the pair was ordered two months ago and would be in soon. This was over a month ago. Since then I have received no call - no communication whatsoever from this business. This is the most disappointing part of my story as it is clear that they do not care about their customers at all. Waller's is still holding my broken earrings hostage and has neither replaced them nor offered me compensation for them. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Shame on me for doing business with them. Never again!

The customer service was total garbage, I was 5 minutes late to my appointment due to morning traffic and still had to wait 20+ minutes for my stylist to stop screwing around with phone calls and her kid before she even thought it was convenient to start working on my hair. *And that's after she arrived to work 7 minutes after me: her appointment* *I watched the time closely because I almost walked out* While my hair was getting done, I was given a review of my hair texture and whats best for starting my dreads. I let my stylist know that it was my first time ever getting my hair twisted so I was a bit clueless about the locking process and I think making my inexperience known was HUGE mistake at this place. After I left, I had to constantly re-twist my UNWASHED, RUSHED, and UNEVEN, 2-strand twists after the first few hours of walking out of their trash salon since some of my twists were already unraveling and getting puffy at the ends.
