I'm sure a more experienced chef may have been able to do it faster, but even if I was the flash and travelled at the speed of light, it would have been mathematically impossible to cook it in 30 minutes. Overall it was nice not to have to think "aw what am I going to have for dinner" The website can be a bit confusing, I suppose, but I don't really understand how so many people had trouble cancelling their order. Just press the minus button under all three meals under the "What's in your box" heading until there are three boxes that say "Complete this box by adding another recipe" and make sure you do it two days before it's supposed to arrive.

Did not expect Zytynsky's being in such an unpretentious brick building, but the magic was all inside. The store had an excellent curated selection of Eastern European gourmet items, all clearly presented with pride. Since I was on vacation, my goal was something to eat that day, but did spend some time looking at all the imported goodies. When I arrived, Angel, the extremely friendly woman behind the counter, was dealing with a couple of familiar faces to her. I overheard that she's been at the store for about 40 years, but I didn't realize that she was the owner and the founder was her grandfather. At my turn to order, I asked her for some suggestions. Ending up with a Smoked Meat Sandwich and a Polish Ham, Hungarian Salami and Cheese Sandwich. Also grabbed two cans of Ukrainian Zero Alcohol Beer. We chatted a little while she prepared my food, and she was absolutely charming. Able to enjoy both sandwiches upon return to my hotel. While for years been a big fan of Hungarian Salami (which was fantastic) the star on that sandwich was the amazing Polish Ham... maybe the best I've ever had! Do NOT use these guys to order online…read more Where to start? Their interface is slow and difficult to use and they did not properly record my address or contact details. Then, we waited an hour for delivery (they said it would be 30 minutes) and then we called the restaurant. They told me that they had been directed not to progress the order as there was a problem with my credit card. Which there wasn't- Top Menu had already charged it and then told the restaurant not to serve us the food. To top everything off, when we called to complain, the guy had no idea what had happened, and then checked and explained that they had 'made a mistake' and that it would take 3 days for them to refund my card. There was no offer of a discount or any suggestion that they would sort out the problem with the restaurant. The whole experience was appalling customer service and a complete fail at the basic service that you expect from an online food delivery service! I even started to think the whole thing was an internet scam. Bottom line- use any of the other online order services- but avoid Top Menu at all costs!
