I put down 1st installment of deposit only to be told (almost a month discussing project) she couldn't do my event due to another event on the same day!!! So she got a better event to do? That's just not right. And now I need to wait 7-14 days for my money refund when I could use it to help me find someone new!!! I should have known better when she failed to come over and look at my yard twice, and then just requested another deposit!! She knew then that she was going to be canceling on me! Now I have less than two weeks to find someone. Overall just really upset of being tossed aside cause she got a better gig to do!!!

I wasn't super sure what I wanted and they gave me lots of different options to find something that worked for us. The balloons ended up as a beautiful centerpiece and we got so many compliments. Even though the party was a tractor-themed birthday (a theme I have not often seen), they were able to put together a bouquet that matched our yellow and green theme and even had a tractor foil balloon to tie it all together.
