I wasn't super sure what I wanted and they gave me lots of different options to find something that worked for us. The balloons ended up as a beautiful centerpiece and we got so many compliments. Even though the party was a tractor-themed birthday (a theme I have not often seen), they were able to put together a bouquet that matched our yellow and green theme and even had a tractor foil balloon to tie it all together. The absolute very least he could have done as a decent business owner with even a modicum of respect for his craft and (potential) customers is tell me that he could no longer (or no longer wanted to) do my event.
