Beware! Money charged; merchandise not shipped. I would give it zero stars if I could. I ordered a blouse 10 days ago and received emails saying that it shipped, but it is a lie. The shipping company has not received the item yet, 10 days later. When I called their CS asking to cancel, I was told that the item cannot be cancelled because "it's too late to cancel." Creation L is located in Fl as am I.. places order 30 days ago, items all in stock, previous orders take 3-4 days to arrive.. this order after being place and label created (I thought in FL) didnt arrive after 4 days, when calling CSR was told items coming from Germany... was told to wait 10 business days for delivery and if I had called in my order they would have told me items where coming from Germany, unacceptable practice... items arrived today, they have changed their supplier, tops too big, pants too small. (I went down size in top and up size in pants) This will be my last order placed with this company.... I ordered several women's blouses from Creation L, two styles for my sister (who is bigger than I) and one for me. I was very excited to order from them, given that their creations presumably depict European fashion. I knew the sizing ran large, so I made sure to order each blouse in a normal and smaller than normal size, knowing that I'd have to return one size or the other. ALL of the blouses were HUGE and the fabric was so cheap -- you could see through them even though the material was supposed to be of winter weight. These were regularly priced items, so we can't blame the problems on "sales quality" merchandise. I am extremely disappointed and will never shop there again. I just hope they process my return in a timely fashion. read more

I ordered some tops that were on sale. They were poor quality. The material was almost transparent and once washed it lost its shape. I like their styles but their prices are too high for this quality merchandise. I am wondering if it is because I purchased sale items that they were so poorly made and if I purchased their higher priced items if I would get better quality. Any thoughts? read more

Order an items over 30 days ago, every time I call either their website is down, or am told the order is being shipped the next day, yet never receive notice of it being shipped then each time you call, they advise your item is now back ordered. CreationL Women's Clothing UPDATED MAY 8, 2017 My experience so far after 2 orders is that they send the items out promptly. They seem fine to deal with. I had to return both items, and hopefully I won't have a problem with the refunds. I returned the clothes because of the fit. I ordered tops in size 4. They were huge, wide, with no shape, made for a much larger woman. If you are looking for something with a good, slim fit, this isn't the place. Also, the quality was ok, not as good as White House/Black Market, for instance, but cheaper. The clothes had that cheap smell but that probably would have come off with washing. I was pleased with their promptness in filling my order. If I have a problem with the refund, I'll update my review. I won't order from them again because of the fit. They were very good and prompt in issuing my refunds. I sent them an email to ask about the refunds and they responded quickly. My experience with them is that they are very good to deal with, I wish their clothes were a better fit for me and not so boxy. read more

Placed my order online choosing PayPal as a payment option. Several days later received an email that looked like spam (and I almost deleted it) with info that they couldn't complete my order because they were experiencing "technical difficulties with their website" and the website didn't save my credit card number. I never entered my credit card information. PayPal had a transaction ID and I emailed it to the company. Received a blanket response that they had initially sent a standard email to notify me that info in my order was not complete. (?????) It's alarming that a store that does its business online cannot determine payment method used by a customer and responds by going around in circles. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! I will post my review and you be the judge. On Sept 1, 2018 I ordered for the first time from this company. I used my Credit Card. Two weeks passed and I did not receive my order. I called the company. They said my credit card was in the "verification" process and they hadn't even shipped my order!!!. They said my address was wrong. I told them i was pretty sure i knew my address. They said they couldn't verify it and Discover could not verify. I called Discover and asked if they had a different address thinking someone had hacked my account. Discover confirmed my address and all of my info. I asked why they were declining my charge. They said they did not decline any charges. I called CreationL back and again was told the address didn't match up. I told them I just got off the phone with Discover and there was nothing wrong with my address, name or info. After arguing with her about my address she put me on hold. I then spoke to anther woman and again, the same story. Finally I got a supervisor. I suddenly remembered that about 5 years ago the post office changed our zip code and in the beginning cards wouldn't go through because certain companies didn't recognjze the new code. We would plug in the old zip code and it worked. After about an hour on the phone, she said she would try the old zip code. Since the company is in Florida maybe that change isn't current in their system. She said she thought that might be the problem and would run it that way. I told her to call Discover if that didn't work. She said the items would be shipped. I told her to call Discover because they were saying there is no problem on their end. I left on a positive note waiting for my items to arrive. I also called Discover and told them about the zip code change. They said that shouldn't matter, but I hung up on positive note thinking that would solve CreationL's problem. Today, September 25. I just called CreationL asking where my order is.The said it hadn't shipped!!! They were in the verification process!!! She started in about my address. I felt like I was in the Twilight zone! Except this time she said Discover couldn't verify, which I know to be untrue. I spoke with two different people from customer service. I immediately called Discover and they confirmed the charge from creationL was still pending (on Creation L's end) She said they usually drop "pending" orders after 20 days to protect me. I called Creation L and canceled my order, and told them to take me off their list. After hanging up I got nervous about Creation L having my personal information in their substandard data base system. I have no trust or confidence in a company that is telling me the opposite of Discover (who I trust completely) Also, I just returned from my vacation and had NO PROBLEM using my card. So again, what are they up too? After talking to Discover we decided to shred my card and reissue all new information. I feel this company is unreliable with substandard data base technology and rude to boot! read more

I ordered an asymmetrical cardigan and a summer dress. Both were on sale and significantly discounted. The cardigan fits fine and is nice but I would not have paid full price for it. Consistent with the other reviews here, the dress was too big (and I ordered the smallest size). It was shaped like a boxy shift vs. a sleek sheath. That said, the fabric and pattern are nice and I got it for half price. If I can get it tailored for less than the difference between the full and discounted price, I will consider it a worthwhile purchase. read more

They don't even deserve one star. As soon as I opened my cardigan, two of the buttons fell right off on the floor, and another one was missing altogether. I ordered a size 12 and it must be at least an 18. I could wrap it around me twice - and the sleeves were WAY too long! Not sure why "Bamberg" appears at the end of the store name , Creation L, for which I'm reviewing so not sure if I'm on the right string. At any rate, as another reviewer posted, I too received a Creation L catalog in the mail and really liked some of their styles. When I researched them on this Yelp page, however, I was a little concerned but took a chance and have to say, everything came as promised, packaged nicely and everything fits as good as could be expected. The quality is middle of the road not high-end, but not cheap either. I purchased 2 sweaters, a long sleeved top and a t shirt. Very happy with my purchase. read more

What is it with the sizing with this company? I ordered one size down and it was too big. I reordered it 2 sizes down and it fit just like the one I returned. I ordered size 4 and they fit like a 10. Sent all but one back. If there was another size to go down I would try again, but size 4 is their smallest. I sure hope I don't have any trouble with refunds. Bought a pair of jeans. They smell horrible. I've washed them 3 times and used a scented fabric softener each time. Haven't been able to,wear them yet! I've hung them in my open window (don't have a backyard) so maybe the breeze would eliminate the odor. No such luck! I might be able to wear them if I'm not going to be near anyone else. But that's practically impossible. Can't describe the odor. It's chemically, unpleasant. Whatbavwaste of my money. The fit and style are okay but otherwise they're useless. read more
