I ordered a guitar on October 1st, 2018, which was in stock. The guitar status said printing invoice from the 4th-8th. I chatted with with Thomann online chat 3 times, and each time they blamed the one holiday, which I knew they would do. Today I decided to try emailing my countries contact email, and it worked. They said it was a problem with their logistics system, and it will be sent soon. Who knows how long it would take if I didn't hound them to look into it. Supposedly it's shipping today at normal shipping method. You'd think they could upgrade the shipping so I get it faster, which is why I'm writing this to say how much I HATE Thomann. They are the most bureaucratic, responsibility passers I've ever seen. No one want's to take responsibility, and help the customer. I'll never buy from Thomann again. Thomann charged my credit card an extra 19 euros, which they deny. Since the 4th I've made 3 music orders from another company totaling 1400 euro so Thomman lost my business now, and forever. I don't think anyone at Thomann cares. I hope Thomann will closes soon, in fact I'm sure they will. I will be celebrating. read more
