Maria was insulting. I was at a loss for words. Zero rating for class. Zero rating for her opinion. I asked for a red zipper to be put in instead of a black zipper and she basically looked at me like I was crazy, and said, "Really??". Hahaha. OK, so I'm sure how high they place creativity as a priority in what they do, but the skill was definitely there. I got my dress back with its red zipper looking seamless. What's great about this place is that it's a classic small business, owned locally, with gossipy women who chat all day about I don't know what and I don't know who. Kind of hilarious and hugely charming. I ended up paying more for a new zipper than I did for the secondhand dress in the first place, but it was my favourite dress after all.
