On one occasion I had a knit sweater with a pull in it repaired, the garment looks like new. On my next visit, I had a Canada Goose bomber jacket with worn out cuffs and a damaged seam in the arm repaired, and the work was excellent. My third visit involved repairing a broken hook for the Hood of my wife's fur coat. The work once again was great. My only issue has been that because the tailor is skilled and reasonably priced, it can take longer than I would like for repairs to be completed. If you can wait a few days, this is a great place to have clothing repaired and saved from being disposed of.

So when I recently found a brand new, unused Aquascutum navy blue trench coat at my local Frip-prix, I knew who I had to look for. These coats usually go for $2000 retail at places like Holt Renfrew or Ogilvy's and while the coat was way too big for me, I just couldn't let such a rare find get away. I came to Natale Tailleur and the elderly Milanese gentleman here did his magic. He altered the coat to fit me without once compromising on the integrity of the quality of the coat. When I went to pick it up, they had dry-cleaned it twice for me to try and get out the stains with no luck. They asked me permission to try a special formula to wash the stains out while trying their best not to ruin the jacket. No extra charge. They did an excellent job and I was very happy with the cleaning. I did find them a little pricey compared to the previous place I went, so was glad to have the 20% off. Would go back again since they do a great job and is convenient for me. With even tiny alternations, a nip and a tuck here and there, people can look so much better and more polished. It's really not that hard to figure out. I had a few new pairs of pants which needed to be hemmed and brought up (since I'm so short) and brought them in here for alterations. They did a fantastic and professional job. Also because they are located downtown, literally over Second Cup, on the corner of Stanley and St. Catherine, it makes it super convenient if you happen to be shopping downtown, you can just walk over here afterwards and get them polished up for you specifically.
