Creative auto completed paint correction and ceramic coating on my Toyota 4 Runner. They did a great job on my truck! A bolt for the roof rack got stripped and they ordered a new one and had my truck a little longer. They threw in a window tint for my front windows which was so nice. I'm out of town so I have to plan coming to Pueblo. Nick sent me a video of the ceramic coating which was super cool. I am so pleased with the job they did. I'll take it back in a few months for a detail. They were very professional and communicated well with me. read more

The windshield in my car cracked after being struck by a tiny pebble while driving down the freeway. My BF has had lots of work done to his car here at Creative Auto. After having the windshield replaced, I took my car in to have a shield installed on the windshield to protect it against future chips. I might incur from flying debris on the freeway. Also, my car was incredibly filthy and needed a good detailing. Nick and Jeremy and all the guys at Creative Auto are fantastic. My car was restored to showroom quality, very clean and shiny. It look just like it did the day that I picked it up from the dealer. I think I'm going to be very happy with the protective screen on the windshield. I highly recommend this company for window, tinting, auto detailing, and the protective windshield screens. They have all kinds of stuff to add onto your vehicles, both truck and car. read more

I went to Creative Auto to have them work on my Pulsar vehicle tuner because Holly Group, which owns Pulsar and Diablo tuners, sent me a list of all the authorized installers in Pueblo. When I got to Creative Auto, I asked if I could get help with my tuner. I explained the issue, and the employee started working on my vehicle. Another employee, who I later learned was the manager, started yelling at the one working on my truck for not hearing the phones. This behavior was very unprofessional. The employee managed to get my tuner working again but was unsure if it would keep working. I agreed to pay for the hours of work done. I asked if they could do an update on the tuner. After checking the Holly Group website, the employee confirmed they could do the update but didn't have the cable. They agreed to order it, and I paid for the labor and the cable, with the understanding that they would call me when it arrived. Several weeks passed without a call, so I stopped by and was told a story about the delay with my truck. This delay was not only inconvenient but also frustrating. A few days later, I received a call informing me that they had the cable and giving me a date for the update. However, during the update attempt at the scheduled date, the tuner got locked up. They called Holly Group and were told it needed to be removed and sent to them. Once again, I paid for the services rendered, adding to my growing frustration. The manager asked me why I had not returned my truck to Wicked Rigs, where it had been installed. I explained that Wicked Rigs was very busy. While in the store, I ordered a bed cover for my truck and left. I later received a call stating that my bed cover was in. When I dropped off my truck to have the bed cover installed, I asked them to call me when it was done because I was going out for a walk. An hour or so later, when I returned, my truck was finished. I asked the manager if he could remove the tuner, but he refused, saying he had never done it before and didn't want to because he hadn't installed it. This was frustrating, and he didn't take the time to demonstrate how the new bed cover worked. Several days later, I went to Wicked Rigs to try to get an appointment to have the tuner removed. The owner was furious, saying I had badmouthed his company. I denied this and explained my interaction with the manager at Creative Auto. It was disappointing that the situation escalated due to misinformation, highlighting the miscommunication and escalation with another service provider. read more
