Of the four bids I sought, Rocky Top Upholstery never bothered to respond to their online quote request form, Timberline couldn't do the job until a month later for the same price as Auto Installs, and Custom Design Upholstery never responded when I asked a follow-up question about their bid). They were, however, within $50-100 of the other bids, so they're competitive, and they responded to every question I asked before proceeding. I asked them to do the job on a Friday phone call, and they were able to start the work the following Monday. They estimated two days' work, and that was exactly what it was. The installation they did is fantastic, and perhaps even better than the original Toyota factory job; rain dumped on us today, and not a single drop leaked from the car top! Totally satisfied.

Several people recommended Nordics, so I gave them a call to see if they could do an oil change and a transmission fluid service. They got me scheduled right away. I dropped my car off one morning, and later that afternoon they called to let me know that their supplier had delivered the wrong transmission fluid. Instead of cutting corners, they explained that Audi requires a very specific fluid and that they were not willing to install anything other than the correct one. They asked if I would be okay bringing the car back once the proper fluid arrived. That level of honesty and attention to detail really stood out to me. Unfortunately, a lot of shops may not have cared and would have just gone ahead with the wrong fluid. Nordics clearly puts doing the job right ahead of convenience. As soon as the correct fluid came in, they called me and completed the service without issue. This experience showed me that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you're looking for a shop in Pueblo that you can trust--I highly recommend Nordics.

It's usually pretty busy inside the little store, so the employees rarely have much time to talk and get to know you. Can't fault them for that.

I purchased a remote start and stereo for my GMC truck....I walked in and Justin offered to help, I replied just looking, there was no pressure.... I asked for some information on one of their remote starts...Justin walked over very nice and knowledgeable and I told Justin what I was looking for and what I needed.... Justin gave me 3 options to choose from and answered all my question and concerns.... I purchased the middle priced remote start and not once did Justin try to up sale me on a higher priced unit...(I had gone to two other places in town and both tried to up sale me)....and same goes for the stereo... and installation was outstanding very professional job... kudos to the staff and installers great job ... and the service after the sale was also five star as well...now I plan on going back and getting my windows tinted on my truck....my brother is getting a stereo and speakers installed this week....
